Welcome to Ni Source Technologies Pvt Ltd. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our recruitment portals, workforce management tools, training programs, and general websites. By accessing our services, submitting applications, or partnering with us as a client, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Ni Source Technologies Pvt Ltd operates as a staffing and manpower service provider. Our services include:

• Candidate Placement: Sourcing, vetting, and submitting qualified candidates to our client companies for permanent or contract positions.
• Contract Staffing: Supplying skilled personnel under contract, including the management of wages, payroll, compliance, and employee benefits.
• Corporate Training: Delivering customized professional learning, technical upskilling, and fresher onboarding programs.

2. For Candidates & Applicants

• Accuracy of Information: You agree that all information in your profile, resume, experience summary, and certifications is completely accurate and honest. Submitting falsified information will result in immediate disqualification or termination of contract.
• Vetting Permission: By submitting an application, you grant us permission to share your profile with active clients (with your consent) and conduct standard background, reference, or education verifications.
• No Fee Guarantee: We do NOT charge candidates or job seekers any fee for recruitment services, interviews, or job placement. Beware of fraudulent agents posing as our representatives.

3. For Hiring Clients

• Service Agreements: Sourcing terms, placement fees, payroll arrangements, and candidate ownership timelines are governed by separate Master Services Agreements (MSA) executed between Ni Source and the Client.
• Non-Solicitation: Clients agree not to directly solicit or hire contract staff introduced by Ni Source outside of the agreed contract boundaries without paying standard transition/placement fees.

4. Intellectual Property

All website layout, branding, animations (including WebGL Three.js setups), logos, copy, and database frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Ni Source Technologies Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, scrape, or reuse any portal assets without written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ni Source Technologies Pvt Ltd acts as a recruitment partner. While we thoroughly screen and vet candidates, we do not guarantee candidate placement timelines, performance, or long-term employment retention, and we are not liable for business losses resulting from hiring decisions.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the updated date, and your continued use of our portals constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these terms, applications, or staffing contracts will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad or Bangalore.
